Functions
➤ Operate sheet metal bending and folding machines according to technical specifications.
➤ Ensure precision when bending and curving sheets of different thicknesses.
➤ Make adjustments to machines to ensure the quality of the final product.
➤ Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
➤ Keep machines and work area clean and in good condition.
➤ Meet established production deadlines.
Required
➤ Previous experience as a Sheet Metal Folder/Bender.
➤ Knowledge in the handling of cutting and folding machinery.
➤ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and
technical specifications.
➤ Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
➤ Good communication and teamwork skills.
➤ Commitment to safety in the workplace.
LASER CUTTING OPERATOR
Functions
➤ Operate laser cutting machines to process sheets of different thicknesses.
➤ Adjust machine settings and parameters according to project specifications.
➤ Inspect cut parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
➤ Perform preventive maintenance on the
machines.
➤ Collaborate with the production team to optimize work processes and times.
➤ Keep the work area clean and safe.
Required
➤ Previous experience in handling laser cutting machines (desirable).
➤ Basic knowledge of reading blueprints and technical specifications.
