WELDING OPERATOR
Functions
➤ Perform welding on metal structures according to specifications and technical plans.
➤ Inspect and evaluate the quality of welds.
➤ Prepare and adjust the parts to be welded.
➤ Maintain and ensure proper operation of welding equipment.
➤ Comply with the company's safety and quality standards.
Required
➤ Previous experience as a welder in the metal structures sector.
➤ Knowledge of MIG, TIG welding techniques
and/or arch.
➤ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
➤ Ability to work in a team and follow
instructions.
➤ Welding certification (desirable).
SHIFT MANAGER
Functions
➤ Supervise and coordinate the activities of production personnel during assigned shift.
➤ Ensure compliance with production plans and established objectives.
➤ Ensure that safety and quality procedures are followed at all times.
➤ Resolve operational problems and make quick decisions to maintain production continuity.
➤ Prepare daily reports on equipment production and performance.
➤ Collaborate with other departments to improve manufacturing processes.
Required
➤ Previous experience as a Shift Manager or in a similar position in the metal structure manufacturing industry.
➤ Solid knowledge of production processes and equipment management.
➤ Leadership skills and ability to
making decisions under pressure.
➤ Excellent communication and skills
interpersonal.
➤ Availability to work rotating shifts.
